- Grand Prize Winner will be sent an email to the registered email on winners' account to confirm prize distribution
- Grand Prize Winner confirmation deadline is April 16, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+7), if the winner does not confirm by the deadline, the prize will be invalid
- Grand Prize will be distributed on April 30, 2025 at the earliest
- If the winner has any issue regarding the rewards, please make a report to the RF Origin Facebook Inbox or RF Origin Discord Ticket within a maximum of 7x24 hours from the prize distribution period
- If the winner who has issue regarding the rewards does not make a report to the RF Origin Facebook Inbox or RF Origin Discord Ticket within the specified time period, the prize will be considered invalid.
- Characters who use ASCII Nicknames / hastag, contain ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group relations, or pornography cannot participate in all RF Origin event
- IDs in blocked / banned status cannot participate in all RF Origin event
- RF Origin team reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notification
