USER AGGREMENT

Epic Abyss provides Online Community Game services that you want to play. By using the services provided, you agree to the following:

  Epic Abyss provides RF Origin as an Online Game Service (Service) which can be played via the internet as well as the website rforigin.epicabyss.com as an information medium for RF Origin online game services.

  Epic Abyss reserves the right to change the URL address at any time. In accordance with the need to support RF Origin game services.

  To use the RF Origin online game services that we provide, you must install the software provided by Epic Abyss.

  Epic Abyss does not provide internet access services, and you are fully responsible for all internet connection costs that you use in playing and when accessing the website at the URL rforigin.epicabyss.com.

  You may not use the website and services provided to promote and/or carry out commercial activities without the permission of Epic Abyss

  In order to use the service, you are required to register an ID at rforigin.epicabyss.com.

  Before registering or creating an ID, you must first read these provisions and if you agree, we assume you have read these provisions properly.

  You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete data about yourself and make changes to your profile if there are any changes. You are responsible for the data you provide.

  Epic Abyss has the right to refuse or delete the ID name, character name, group name, guild name used, if it is deemed to violate the law, offends ethnicity, religion, race or is pornographic and does not comply with the norms applicable.

  All personal information and data provided to Epic Abyss will be kept confidential and Epic Abyss will not provide this information to other parties unless required by law.

  You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own ID, password and personal code. You are also responsible for activities carried out from that ID.

  If there is loss of game data due to your ID and Password being known by other parties either due to your actions in telling other people your ID and Password and/or without your knowledge your ID and Password are known by other people which results in loss of game data contained in it. , then this is the responsibility of the ID user.

  All characters, items and all game data elements contained in the game provided by Epic Abyss are the property of the Developer and Copyright Owner. If the game service is closed, all digital goods or data will be returned to the developer.

  All cases of fraud that occur in the game caused by your negligence or inaccuracy in transactions resulting in loss of game data (Items, Gold, Coins, etc.) are the responsibility of the ID user.

  Epic Abyss has the right to audit and delete all content on websites, forums and in-game messages which, in its opinion, violates the rules agreed to in this agreement, violates laws and social norms, is threatening or violates other people's rights. The contents referred to include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Messages/content that encourage violence, hatred, physical threats, use of illegal drugs, harassment, insults, and offend ethnicity, religion and race, or violate applicable norms.
  • Messages containing methods, instructions and methods for carrying out unlawful acts, terrorism, hacking, cracking.
  • Commercial, promotional and advertorial messages.

  You are not permitted to send, distribute, or reproduce in any form all material that has trademarks, intellectual property and patents or material that is the property/copyright of the company without written permission from Epic Abyss. This also applies to material rights that have trademark rights, patents and other company intellectual property rights that may be found on websites or games and all their accessories.

  You agree not to use the facilities, servers and networks used to provide this Service to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks.

  You are fully aware and understand that violations of user agreement number 16 and 17 could result in civil or criminal charges against you.

  You are fully responsible for your actions and behavior towards other users/players, and always maintain polite behavior and social norms towards other players.

  You agree to release Epic Abyss and its business partners from all claims and losses due to your actions, behavior and messages conveyed in the game.

  The software, website and other facilities provided by Epic Abyss are the absolute property of Epic Abyss as the Publisher and its business partners.

  You are obliged to take preventive action and maintain the stability of the operating system and security of the computer data that you use so that there is no damage or loss that could be caused by viruses or other dangerous components, or things caused by other parties outside Epic Abyss.

  The services provided are not completely free from system errors. System errors can occur at any time, whether due to internet connection problems, electricity, hardware, natural disasters or problems with the service program itself.

  You agree to use or utilize the services provided by Epic Abyss only using client programs provided, distributed and disseminated by Epic Abyss and its business partners either via CD, website or other media.

  In accordance with developments and needs, Epic Abyss has the right to repair and change the agreement for using this service at any time and unilaterally.

  You must check the website provided regularly to see and understand the contents of this agreement, especially if there are any changes.

  Epic Abyss reserves the right to take legal action against violations of this player agreement or against actions deemed detrimental to Epic Abyss if necessary.
